My blog is a sacred public space where I share my multimedia diary—a personal chronicle I’ve been building since 2007, first on Blogger and now here. Each post stands on its own. If you’re unsure where to begin, you can explore by subject, tags, or recommended entries. My writing is an excavation of the soul—a continuous search for meaning within the dark and incomprehensible, and within my ongoing relationship with a spirit who has been with me since 1993. You’ll also find a few self-help posts drawn from my lived experience.

My abstract art draws on the ethereal, the surreal, and the personal, inspired in part by the stillness of my forest sanctuary and the presence of Hans, my spirit companion. These biomorphic creations weave together fluid forms, textured layers, and enigmatic symbols to evoke mystery, transcendence, and the beauty of life’s interconnections. While my shop is currently under construction, it will soon house a curated collection of my artwork—a portal into the realms of emotion, spirit, and imagination. Stay tuned.
